Doc Matches LLC ("Doc Matches") is a technology platform that connects users with independent dental offices. Doc Matches LLC does not provide dental, medical, or healthcare services and does not make clinical decisions. Doc Matches LLC may receive compensation from participating dental offices for marketing and referral services. Such compensation does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any dental office or services provided.

B. No Guarantees

Doc Matches LLC does not guarantee:

Appointment availability
Acceptance of insurance
Pricing or treatment outcomes
Response times from dental offices

All dental services are provided solely by independent dental offices.

C. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
Not misuse forms, communications, or contact tools

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc Matches LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or interactions with dental offices.

E. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doc Matches LLC from any claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

F. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
